Peggy Palms, principal Broker of Mountain Realty, is an attorney, author, REALTOR® and investing consultant who has made Boone, North Carolina her home since 1994. In her 25 years of practice as a certified mediator and debt relief attorney, she helped thousands of families through financial crisis. It is her great joy to touch and improve the lives of others in all real estate and business transactions. As the community go-to Short Sale Broker, Peggy Palms specializes in pre-foreclosure and foreclosure properties, bank owned properties, and wholesale investor properties.
Peggy Palms is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the State Bar of Texas, the Iowa State Bar, the North Carolina Assoication of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS® and the High Country Association of REALTORS®. Jeff Riley, Broker, REALTOR®
Jeff began his real estate career after retiring from the U.S. Air Force where he worked in Health Care Management. While in the Air Force, he was recognized for his experience, hard work and dedication by being hand-picked to work on the Air Force Surgeon General’s staff. Jeff brings that same hard work, service and dedication to his real estate career.
Jeff has sold beachfront condominiums, homes in new home subdivisions and completed traditional real estate sales transactions but he didn't want to be just another real estate agent. His desire and passion for helping others led him to become an expert in short sales and assisting homeowners avoid foreclosure. Jeff has helped buyers and seller with many creative real estate transactions fand helps investors build their real estate portfolios. Holding real estate licenses in North Carolina and Georgia, Jeff manages our Asheville office and enjoys living there with his wife Teresa. They have 3 wonderful children and 3 lovely grandchildren.
